Responsible for providing HR strategic leadership and insights to guide business and functional initiatives across all HR domains. Overseeing a team to drive business success and achieve organizational goals. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies, including talent acquisition, proactive talent identification and retention, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and organizational development. Additionally, this position leads the people and HR integration strategy of mergers and acquisitions. This role partners closely with leader, legal, finance, and business teams to ensure a smooth transition. Key focus areas include culture alignment, organizational design, talent retention, HR policy harmonization, and communication strategy. The role also involves managing assigned projects as needed to support business operations and HR effectiveness. • Develop and implement the country HR strategy aligned with global and regional objectives. • Providing leadership and direction in the development and alignment of strategies and programs business and function results. • Providing leadership to senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. • Ensuring appropriate levels of communication regarding strategies, programs and initiatives with stakeholders, managers, and employees, customers for awareness, understanding, implementation and management and being delivered and are met. • Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee well-being. • Determining appropriate functional and operational best practices and improvements to develop the culture, employee and leadership performance, and retention talents proactively. • Leading HR function to ensure staff and resources are efficient and effective to achieve desired operational, resource and quality levels; • Ensure timely resolution of employee industrial relations matters. Keep abreast of local labour laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance across all HR practices. • Leading the budget for own function and overall overheads, which includes development, ongoing allocation of resources, approving expenses, and related management. • Represent the business as a company signatory if required on all required matters, including financial and written contracts. • To lead, develop and promote a culture focusing on Employer of Choice, and CSR under the HR People Pillar.
