Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the finance department • Provide recommendations on financial strategy to the GM and leadership team • Identify and address potential financial risks to the business • Oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing • Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance • Support the finance department in developing short and long term financial targets • Review financial reports and identify cost reduction methods • Take control of financial records and documentation • Act as a single point of contact for the finance department and auditors Key Requirements: • Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or finance. Preferably with CPA, MBA or CMA qualification and CAPEX experience. • At least 3 years (preferably 5 - 7 years) experience in financial management and joint ventures in China and familiar with Chinese financial authorities and reporting. • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SAP ERP and IT skills • Experience of working in an international group, preferably with Western business culture (communication with head office in Germany) • Conscientious, open and honest character
